A step in the wrong direction....I didn't workout yesterday but I was fairly active and while I ate a crazy salad for lunch I did juice it up for dinner. So, why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up and get our butts to the gym, goat mountain, pool, work out mat, and maybe a few Tony Little's target training videos I can be retro-active. It's crunch time people! and jog time, and push up time....look you get the point. 3 days to loose 6+ lbs. Are you with me people!?
